Installation Guide

• Insert light head into the curing light hand-piece with a twisting motion，Ensure that both the direct light source head and the light curing host are fully connected to their corresponding positions
• Connect the adapter connector to the USB Type-C charging line, and then connect the power supply. The magnet tail cap at the bottom of the host can be stably adsorbed on other metal surfaces.
• After switching on the power adapter, insert the charging port or pull out the charging port, the machine will wake up automatically, and the host screen will light up
• The main panel indicator light "orange" indicates that the battery is in charge, and the light "green" indicates that the battery is full, and the machine will automatically stop charging.
• When the host is charged for one minute in an unused state, the screen will shut down automatically, and the battery will still be charged until the battery is full。
• The battery is not fully charged prior to shipment. Please charge the battery for a minimum of 4 hours prior to first use.

1. For the curing light, how do we determine when it needs charging, is currently charging, or has finished charging?

Low battery indicator displays a 'Lo' symbol on the screen, a buzzer sounds, and a low battery alarm is triggered.	The panel LED light turns orange.	The panel LED light turns green.

2. How should a lithium battery curing light be handled when not in use for an extended period?

Charge it once every 3 months to prevent over-discharge, which can degrade battery performance.

3. How many hours should a lithium battery curing light be charged when used for the first time?

It is recommended to charge for 4 hours.

4. Why does the curing light tip feel hot during use?

First, our curing light uses LED technology, which is different from older halogen lamps. Halogen lamps required 40+ seconds to cure 2–4mm of material and generated significant heat, whereas LED only needs 5–10 seconds — greatly reducing working time and improving efficiency.

Second, all LED curing lights with an intensity above 1000 mW/cm² will produce some heat sensation if used for more than 10 seconds. Our curing light maintains high light intensity while incorporating effective heat dissipation technology to minimize heat generation.

Please note: During use, do not point the light guide tip directly at the gingiva. Instead, position it approximately 2mm away from the resin-filled tooth structure and aim at the resin.

5. What is the voltage of the curing light's lithium battery when fully charged, and how can you check the current battery voltage?

The voltage when fully charged is 4.2V. The device operates normally within a voltage range of 4.1V–3.7V. To check the current battery voltage, press and hold the timer button for 4 seconds.
