Joining the AZDENT Rewards Program is quick and easy, simply create an account on our website. You will automatically start earning points with your first purchase!

Yes! It’s completely free! There are no membership fees or hidden costs. It’s just our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer!

You can earn points in a variety of ways! Points are earned by making purchases, following us on our social media sites, submitting product reviews, referring friends and more! The more points you earn, the higher your tier, which unlocks even more rewards and benefits.

Unfortunately, our points program started on August 20, 2024, points cannot be earned for purchases made before August 20, 2024. Orders placed after August 20, 2024 will automatically earn points.

As a member of the AZDENT Rewards Program, you will earn points for every purchase you make, which you can redeem for discounts on future purchases. The more points you earn, the higher your tier, which unlocks even more benefits and rewards.

Your point balance is displayed on the "Rewards" page. Log in to see a breakdown of your points history and activity.

Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.

Rewards will expire one year after the rewards are activated in the account.

Make sure you are logged into your account, redeem your points for your purchase with a coupon, and apply the coupon code at checkout! Coupons cannot be combined.

Redeem points for these rewards:

*3% off coupon - 1000 Points (Applies to all orders over $100.00)

*6% off coupon - 2000 Points (Applies to all orders over $500.00)

*12% off coupon - 5000 Points (Applies to all orders over $2000.00)

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

If you used a different email to check out, they will not be applied to your account. If you have any questions or need to merge accounts please reach out to service@azdentall.com.

If you already have an account on AZDENT, simply log in to your account and you'll already be in the Rewards Program. You will automatically start earning points with future purchases. If you're not sure whether you're already a member of the AZDENT Rewards Program, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

No, once you reach a tier you do not lose status when you redeem points and fall below the tier threshold.

Your tier will expire 12 months after it is reached if you do not earn the respective amount of points. For example, if you reach the Silver Tier on December 29th, 2024 you have until December 29th 2025 to earn a minimum of 2000 points to maintain your status.

We don’t have limits, you will earn points for every purchase you make. The more you buy, the more points you get.

We ask for 30 days' notice on birthday dates for members to receive these points. If a member enters a birthday within 30 days of the date on which they added it, they will have to wait until the next year to receive their points.
