Bought two and they keep beeping so loud when pressing on the tooth. The Prophy cup gets Jammed and it says “fault overload” . Had high hopes for this product

The persistent buzzing sound and the 'Fault Overload' error message you encountered are the result of using the polishing cup directly on the surface of your dentures—without any polishing paste—under high-intensity, 'dry' grinding conditions. This is a safety protection mechanism triggered by specific usage conditions, rather than a hardware malfunction.

Super lightweight. Love all the adjustable settings. Had the Nu Pro freedom for years that started the poop out on me and couldn’t afford an $1,000+ new cordless hand piece. Only thing is when I put a protective plastic sleeve on it can be a little nosey. But I still love it, I hope it lasts!

Hi I LOVE my cordless Prophy Angle. I'm an independent Hygienist that travels all of Southern Colorado and visit Care Facilities to administer Dental Hygiene Care to the elderly. the mobile compromised and anybody that is in a rural area that does not have access to Dental Hygiene care.
