Fits well to many different implant systems

I have tried this kit for several different implant systems and it fits and works well. The color coding and labeling makes it easy to find the correct driver. The torque part of it is not as accurate as my Zimmer torque wrench but it is usable. It is important to have a kit like this that can handle any emergency that comes in the door. I would get an OEM kit for your favorite implant systems for the tiny advantages. For example my Zimmer hex driver with Gemlock Retention holds onto the screw/healing abutment better and my Zimmer OEM ratchet torque wrench is more exact for torque.

I like the storage container with the label. I wished drivers were labeled and the box better quality. After a few cycles, the cover was difficult to open. Overall it works as described.

No delivery - no customer service

We placed the order and it was delivered on a Sunday - nothing was on site Monday and AZDENT customer service refuses to assist. We are a dental office - we are NOT open on Sunday - very poor customer service.

We are still waiting to receive our item. We have attempted to communicate with AZDENT but have not heard back. It says item is out for delivery but when we try to track it through USPS they say they do not recognize the tracking number. Any help would be great.
