Horrible

I didn’t receive my full package and when I contacted AZDENT they completely ignored me.

In order that you can receive items asap, we split your order into 2 parcels. I confirmed with UPS the package you stated was lost. The system shows that the package was Delivered On Saturday, March 01 at 10:42. Did you find it carefully?

If you couldn't find, please ask your neighbor and confirm whether they sign for it. If still not, please contact UPS to confirm more details. UPS can help you better, don't worry.

If You Want Your Items, DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

HORRIBLE! NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS! CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE!!! ITS EITHER EMAIL OR WHATSAPP FROM CHINA. CLAIMS IT PEOPLE IN THE U.S NEVER SPOKE THEM!!!

I confirmed your package with the post office many time. The system shows that it was Delivered. Only from your description, we really have no way to confirm whether your packages were lost. Could you please provide us with a proof that your package is lost?
So that I can apply to manager for compensation for you asap. Thank you.
