Missing the Contra Angle

I ordered the "Dental Hand Grinder Micromotor Polishing E-type 35000 RPM With 1:1 Low Speed Straight Handpiece/Contra Angle". BUT, I actually was looking more to use the Contra Angle, and it did not arrive. I would like you to please mail it to me as it was what I purchased. I like that it is very light. I really have not had time to spend time using it, so I cannot tell you whether or not it gets hot quickly.

It gets hot pretty fast but I guess that’s to be expected with this type of machine. I’m using it to drill on typodonts just to practice

Please note that the Polishing Micromotor you purchased is the brushed version. It is completely normal for this type of motor to generate heat during operation. This occurs because the internal components of the brushed handpiece create friction while working, which also results in slightly higher noise levels. This friction naturally causes the bearings inside to heat up.

To maintain optimal performance and prolong the lifespan of the device, we recommend a usage cycle of 15 minutes of work followed by a 5-minute cooling period.
