Strictly avoid:
• Hot beverages (>40°C)
• Alcohol-containing products (including alcoholic mouthwashes)
Oral hygiene:
After 4 hours, teeth may be gently cleaned with a toothbrush or floss.
Avoid aggressive scrubbing of treated areas.
Fluoride product restrictions:
