Appearance seem to be well built, but hand pieces does not last long. Brand new one had unbalancing issues. For the most part, I get few months out of them and each one gets retired due to horrible noise and unbalancing issues.
Based on your description, our engineers initially concluded that the cartridge of your handpiece was damaged and needed to be replaced. The cartridge is a consumable part and typically has a lifespan of about 3 months. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to consumable parts that naturally wear out over time. Don't worry. if nessary, I will help you apply for free reissue of cartridge accessories. By the way, we would like to offer you a discounted rate on a replacement cartridge as a gesture of goodwill. I bought 2 handpieces and both had issues and not working properly, and I contacted them to return them immediately after I received them but they don’t want to return them, don’t make mistake and buy from them.
