Worst gutta perchas ever

These gutta-perchas are poorly made and brittle. They tend to break when inserted into the canal, making retrieval more difficult and increasing the risk of case failure.

We have investigated the issue, and our engineers have reported that Gutta Percha Points may become brittle and break due to low storage temperatures, rather than a quality issue. The recommended storage temperature is 25-35°C. Additionally, to ensure optimal use, we recommend holding the Gutta Percha Points in your hand for 5 seconds before use.

What temperature do you store Gutta Percha Points at? This information will help us better understand the situation and provide appropriate support.
