Our Mobile Trolley is a multi-purpose, energy-saving mechatronic product carefully developed based on dental clinical experience. It is mainly used for oral health treatment in clinics and hospitals. It is equipped with an air compressor, air storage tank, filter pressure reducing valve, water purification bottle, and saliva collection bottle. It can supply stable, dry and clean air for high- and low-speed turbine handpieces; the water purification bottle can provide clean water for high- and low-speed turbine handpieces, three-purpose guns and dental scalers. This product is light and easy to operate and maintain. It is deeply loved by dentists.
Working Principle
Portable Dental Mobile Cart has a built-in oil-free air compressor to provide a stable and clean air source for high-speed and low-speed turbine handpieces. The gas flows from the gas tank to the solenoid valve through the conduit, and the closing of the solenoid valve is controlled by the foot switch to achieve the purpose of controlling the high and low handpieces. The water purification bottle relies on the pressure reducing valve to adjust the pressure of the air compressor input gas to provide water for the three-purpose gun, high and low handpieces, and dental scaler. The built-in transformer provides a stable and safe low-voltage power supply for the handpiece. The saliva suction system adopts the internationally advanced fully enclosed internal circulation method to give you a continuous and strong suction.
Main Accessories Use
1. High-speed (or low-speed) handpieces: For the use and maintenance of the handpieces, please refer to the manual in the handpieces packaging box. Pick up the high-speed (or low-speed) handpieces from the bracket, turn on the "water bottle switch" at the same time, step on the foot switch pedal, turn on the control air, the handpieces can work, turn on the atomization switch to spray, turn on the water switch to adjust the water, release the foot switch after use, and then put the handpieces back to the bracket.
Note: (1) You need to turn off the water bottle switch after each use, and then twist the water bottle to fill it after the water purification bottle is soft.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to idle the mobile phone before loading the needle or test rod.
2. Use of three-way gun
(1) Press down the convex ring to insert or remove the nozzle, and the convex ring will lock the nozzle when it is reset.
(2) To use the saliva ejector, just pick it up and start working.
(3) Use of pure water bottles
The water in the pure water bottle is the water source for the mobile phone and the three-in-one spray gun. There are certain requirements for the water quality. Generally, pure water or distilled water is used. When adding water, unscrew the water bottle clockwise, add pure water (about 2/3) and then screw it back on. Apply appropriate force to avoid leakage.
3. Use of gas supply system
When the machine is in use, turn on the power switch, the workbench is in working state, the compressor will work intermittently, and there will be some noise and vibration when the compressor is working, which is normal.
Safety Tips
1. Keep the workplace clean: Clutter can easily lead to accidents. Pay attention to the workplace environment: The machine should not be exposed to wind and rain, should not be operated in damp and dark places, should not be operated in places where flammable and explosive liquids and gases are stored, and should not be operated in dusty places. It should be properly stored in a dry, ventilated, cool, flat ground and disinfected environment.
2. Beware of electric shock: When using the machine, please do not let the machine itself touch grounded objects (such as conduits, heating pipes, refrigerators, etc.).
3. Keep outsiders/children away: Do not allow children or people not related to the operation to get close to the machine to avoid injuries such as electric shock.
4. Do not force the use of this machine: the effect will be better and safer if you follow the rated voltage and frequency of the machine.
5. Protect the cable: Do not pull the cable to unplug it from the power source. Keep the cable away from heat and oil, and avoid contact with sharp objects.
6. Properly maintain the machine: Check accessories and cables regularly according to usage and replace them immediately if damaged. Keep the machine clean, dry and free of oil to give full play to its performance.
7. Cut off the power supply in time: Develop the habit of cutting off the power supply in time when you are not using the machine after work. The power switch of the machine must be turned off. Anti-overpressure startup: Overpressure is strictly prohibited. The maximum pressure of the air compressor is set to 4Bar and the safety pressure relief is 6Bar when it leaves the factory. Otherwise, there is a risk of explosion of the gas tank.
8. Tips: Using non-genuine accessories may easily cause damage to the machine or even personal injury. Power supply voltage: Make sure that the power supply voltage matches the voltage on the machine nameplate. If the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the machine, it may cause personal accidents and damage the machine. If the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the machine, it may cause poor starting and even damage the motor.
Warn!
1. The power switch of the machine should be turned off after stopping working. Leaving it powered on or on standby for a long time will cause components such as transformers and solenoid valves to burn out due to heat.
2. The water level in the wastewater bottle should not be higher than 75%. If it exceeds this level, please clean the wastewater bottle before continuing to work. If it exceeds 75%, there is a risk that wastewater will enter the motor. Once wastewater enters the motor, it will cause risks such as motor leakage and burnout.
3. The exhaust valve (7) of the compressed air tank needs to be opened regularly to discharge the water vapor in the pressure tank so that dry compressed air can be maintained in the pressure tank.
