In the nesting step, 800 rpm can be used. This speed reduces heat production to a greater extent, ensuring maximum cell viability on the resulting bone wound surface. For ease of operation, most dental implant machine can preset two programs, one with a maximum speed of 2000 rpm and the other with a maximum speed of 800 rpm.
