Does not swivel like advertised

These rotate at the nose cone but not well enough to keep the cord from flipping over your hand as your trying to use it. Other then that it does a decent job of cleaning and it is smooth. When I reached out to the company they said the nose cone is locked on to keep it from falling off. OH MY WORD. The nose cone does move, but not with a 2 finger grip that we need as Hygienist.
