Doesn't work

My device doesn't work even after being charged for 10 + hours. Customer service has been slow to respond with possible solutions after submitting mutliple videos dusplaying the issue. I would like to return it as it won't turn on and have not been advised how to do so.

I don't know if this helps or not. This device vibrates my whole vision and it's so hard to get used to it. I think I prefer to use munchie tool.
